The Top 15 Certifications
in the Manufacturing Industry

If you were wondering what are the top 15 certifications in the manufacturing industry, this page will provide the answer right off. You will see that, on a scale from 1 to 10, the best rated manufacturing certification is the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification* (10 out of 10 for popularity, demand, supply, salary, and internationality). Naturally, this is not the only management certification you will want to have: the PMP cert is just the most appreciated one, but fourteen other certificates are excellent too!
The CAPM, CPIM, CSCP, CSSBB, and CQA certifications are also top-notch, with grades between 6.2 and 7.2, but they are somehow less appreciated than the PMP certification. The worst certifications seem to be the Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE) and the Certified Manufacturing Technologist (CMfgT), according to user ratings: they scored less than 3/10, way less than certificates such as the Lean Bronze Certification and the Certified Professional in Supplier Diversity (CPSD) one.
